DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If visible damage is present, notify us as soon as possible.

If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact info@thickendbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damage. Our team will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Thickend Beauty is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit, but we are always happy to help where possible.
